1080p Standard vs 1080p High Quality

Getting your Account-ID and the 8-digit PIN

This is the one genuinely fiddly part, and it trips up everyone once. Chiaki-ng registers against your PSN Account-ID — a Base64 string — and this is not your Online-ID (the username your friends see). You obtain the Base64 Account-ID through the tooling the docs point to, then you pair using an 8-digit PIN generated on the console at Settings > System > Remote Play > Link Device.
