THE STORY BEHIND THIS CARTRIDGE
Europa rescue! is a small, self-contained adventure from godai of the Polish studio Gniazdo Światów ('Nest of Worlds'), built with GB Studio for the Game Boy Color. The premise is pure economy: a single station, a single technician, and a long list of things that no longer work. You solve your way through it one repaired system at a time. The author releases the game — both code and assets — under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence, which is about as friendly as free gets, and the ROM reaches us through the gbdev Homebrew Hub.
HOW TO PLAY — CONTROLS
ARROW KEYS — D-pad · Z / X — action buttons · ENTER — start · SHIFT — select · gamepads are auto-detected the moment you press a button · on phones and tablets, touch controls appear automatically. Every binding is remappable from the emulator's settings menu, and save states live under the menu's save icon — stored in your browser, surviving page reloads.
