- Completely. Every cartridge is original homebrew distributed with its author's explicit permission (GPL, MIT, Creative Commons or freeware licenses). Authors are credited per-title in our attribution file, and we reject games whose rights are unclear.
- How do I start a game?
- Click any cartridge and hit play — it boots in your browser in seconds via WebAssembly emulation. No download, no install, no plug-ins.
- Can I save my progress?
- Yes. The emulator has save states — open its menu while playing and use the save icon. States persist in your browser between visits.
- Does it work on phones and tablets?
- Yes. Touch controls appear automatically on mobile, and Bluetooth controllers pair fine. The whole cabinet is playable on a phone.
- Can I play my own ROM files?
